generalize ExperimentDetail implementation

• validate the snr calculation and use of bandwidth parameters
• figure out a way to represent pulse sequence and transmitt waveform properly
• figure out a way to represent reception properly
• error estimation should take experiment detail from now on!

First idea: make a time-slice description with sequence of primitives
